The book Heidi was written 1880 by Johanna Spyri. Heidi is the embodiment of a person, who lives close to nature- deep in the mountains. How would a modern Heidi look like and what materials would she surround herself with? My Heidi can´t survive outside without Outdoor equipment. She is ultralight, extreme waterproof, elusive and impersonal. She embodies consumable nature. She is a romanticized product, which comes to life. All synthetic, but still connected with nature. On the outside she is grey like the city. Her skeleton is made of Aluminum. Her inside is visible.
